您好！感謝您對(duì)青島國(guó)際石材展的大力支持與厚愛(ài)，一路辛苦了！本次展會(huì)時(shí)間為2012年7月14-19日，其中，7月14-15日為布展期，7月16-19日為展覽期,7月19日14:00開(kāi)始撤展。
為確保您本次參展順利、圓滿，請(qǐng)您注意并遵守以下內(nèi)容：
布展期間所有人員憑“施工證”或“參展商證”入場(chǎng)，請(qǐng)您清點(diǎn)好人員并如數(shù)領(lǐng)取證件；如證件在布展期間丟失、損壞，請(qǐng)及時(shí)到展商報(bào)到處補(bǔ)辦。
布展車(chē)輛請(qǐng)遵守物流引導(dǎo)人員的指示與安排，以免造成卸貨通道或卸貨區(qū)的堵塞。
所有展品包裝箱請(qǐng)按照指示置于館內(nèi)“包裝箱存放處”。
請(qǐng)您遵守展館開(kāi)、閉館時(shí)間，于每晚閉館前及時(shí)撤出展館。
請(qǐng)您務(wù)必注意施工安全。
本次展會(huì)開(kāi)幕式將于2012年7月16日上午9:30在6#館南廣場(chǎng)舉行，請(qǐng)各企業(yè)屆時(shí)參加，展館入口將在開(kāi)幕式結(jié)束后開(kāi)放。開(kāi)幕式前所有參展企業(yè)憑“臨時(shí)入場(chǎng)證”入場(chǎng)，無(wú)臨時(shí)證人員不得入場(chǎng)。臨時(shí)證隨資料袋于展商報(bào)到時(shí)發(fā)送至各位展商，請(qǐng)務(wù)必注意保管和正確使用。
展會(huì)期間用餐：您可以從會(huì)展中心直接訂餐，或就近西行200米至樂(lè)天瑪特超市、麗達(dá)購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)用餐。
7月16日開(kāi)幕式結(jié)束后，請(qǐng)您憑“會(huì)刊券”至6#館水晶廳大會(huì)組委會(huì)領(lǐng)取會(huì)刊，每張會(huì)刊券限領(lǐng)1本。

Exhibitors Notice
Dear Exhibitors,
Thank you for your support! The fair is from July 14-19, 2012, in which July 14-15 is the booth set up period and July 16-19 is the exhibition period. The booth dismantle will begin at 2:00pm, July 19, 2012.
In order to bring you a smooth and perfect fair, please pay attention to the following contents:
1. All people should go into the hall with "Exhibitor Badge"or "Badge for Booth Decoration"and please get your badges exactly with the number of your workers. Any lose or damage, please reapply at the registration desk for exhibitors.
2. Vehicles for booth set up please follow the guide and arrangement of logistics guiders in order to avoid blocking.
3. Please follow the exact schedule and leave the hall on time.
4. Please put on your helmet and be safe on construction!
5. The opening ceremony will be held at 9:30am on July 16, 2012, at south square of Hall 6. Exhibitors are invited to the ceremony, and all entrances will be open after the ceremony. Exhibitors who want to take care your booths before the ceremony, please take “Temporary Card” which is offered to you when you make your registration. Please pay attention to it.
6. Food service at the exhibition period: you can order your food directly from the Int'l Convention Center or you can go to Lotte Mart or Lida Plaza which is 200m west to the Int’l Convention Center.
7. Please pay attention to sunstroke prevention; any question and service requirement, welcome to the exhibitors registration desk (booth set up period) or Organizing Committee (exhibition period).
